Malzemeler
• 6 adet orta boy kereviz
• Yarım limon suyu
• 1 tatlı kaşığından az un
• 2 adet havuç
• 150 gr. arpacık soğanı
• Yarım su bardağı zeytinyağı
• 2 adet patates
• 1 tatlı kaşığı şeker
• Tuz

Tarif

Unu, limonu ve bir su bardağı suyu bir kapta karıştırın. Kerevizleri soyup, ortadan ikiye ayırın. Içlerini bir kaşık yardımıyla çıkararak unlu suya atın.

Havuç ve pateteslerin kabuklarını soyduktan sonra küp şeklinde doğrayın. Kerevizlerin içine doldurun. Unlu karışımı süzgeçten geçirerek, kerevizlerin üzerine dökün.Tuzunu ekleyin, zeytinyağını gezdirin. Orta hararetli ateşte 20 dakika pişirin.
