This text is a legal agreement between US (Bidibidi.com and its affiliates) and YOU (Visitor, Member, Gamer). Anyone accessing the Bidibidi Platform is deemed to have accepted the current terms of use stated below.
1. Scope and Nature of Services
Bidibidi offers its users the opportunity to play games, create content, and socialize in a decent, fun, and free environment. Our services include:
- All games and content offered via Website and PWA (Mobile Compatible) technologies.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered assistants, recommendation systems, and content creation tools.
- Virtual currencies, XP points, badges, and digital collectibles.
- API, Widget, and integration services offered for developers.
2. Who Can Use?
Bidibidi is universal, but we have certain rules:
- Age Limit: Our platform is for users aged 13 and over. Users between 13-18 are recommended to use it under parental supervision.
- Legal Barriers: Your use of digital services must not be restricted by judicial authorities.
- Corporate: If you are opening an account on behalf of an institution, you are deemed to have declared that you are authorized to do so.
3. Membership and Account Security
You need to create an account to access some features. The security of your account is your responsibility:
- Set a strong password and do not share it with anyone.
- Do not use misleading, fake emails, or offensive usernames when registering.
- It is prohibited for a single person to manipulate the community by acting as different identities (multi-accounts). If detected, all accounts will be closed.
4. Content and Sharing Rules
You are responsible for any text, image, and data you share on the platform. Bidibidi is in the position of a hosting provider.
Strictly Prohibited:
- Shares contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international law.
- Materials for which you do not own the copyright.
- Content contrary to general morality, obscene, pornographic, or containing violence.
- Hate speech, racism, bullying, or expressions that humiliate others.
- Abusing system vulnerabilities, cheating, or using bots.
- Shares for political propaganda or commercial spam purposes.
Note: As a matter of digital etiquette, constant use of capital letters (implying shouting) is not welcomed.
5. Virtual Assets and AI Disclaimer
- Virtual Items: Points (XP), badges, or game currencies earned on the platform are "virtual entertainment tools". They do not hold real currency value and cannot be cashed out.
- Artificial Intelligence: AI assistants and features on the platform are experimental technologies. 100% accuracy of content generated by AI is not guaranteed. AI recommendations do not replace professional advice.
6. For Developers and Site Owners
When using Bidibidi APIs or Widgets on your own site:
- You cannot hide "Bidibidi" phrases or links in the codes.
- You cannot present the content as your own work.
- You cannot use our services to create artificial traffic (bots) or strain our system (DDoS).
7. Termination and Sanctions
If these rules are not followed, Bidibidi reserves the right to, without prior notice:
- Delete the relevant content,
- Suspend your account temporarily or permanently,
- Block your IP address,
- Inform legal authorities when necessary.
