TARIHÇE

Tunceli'nin, Çemişgezek ilçesinin güneyinde yer alan Keban Baraj Gölü altında kalan Pulur (Sakyol) Höyüğünde 1968-1970 yılları arasında yapılan kazılarda elde edilen bulgular, yöreye Kalkolitik Çağda (I.Ö. 5500-3500) yerleşildiğini göstermektedir. Pulur'da bulunan Höyükte yapılan kazılarda kale görünümünde evlere, ocaklara, dibeklere, çeşitli öğütme araçlarına, çeşitli hayvan resimlerine, tunçtan yapılmış iğne ve kazma gibi çeşitli madeni eşyalara rastlanmıştır.
