Ardahan Kalesi

Ardahan Kalesi çevresinde yapılan Prehistorik araştırmalar, (M.Ö. 3500-2000) Eski Tunç Çağı’na ait yarlaşmanın varlığını ortaya koymuştur. Ardahan Kalesi, Osmanlı döneminde 16. yüzyıl ortalarında, Kanuni Sultan Süleyman’ın emriyle inşa edilmiş ve günümüze kadar ulaşmayı başarmıştır. Tarihi oldukça eskilere dayanan Ardahan Kalesi’nde yapılan kazılar bölgenin çeşitli krallıkların hakimiyetine girdiğine göstermektedir.

Savaşır (Cancak) Kalesi

Posof ilçesine bağlı Savaşır (Cancak) köyünün güneydoğusunda, üç yanı vadi ile çevrili sivri bir tepe üzerinde konumlandırılmıştır.
