köftelik hamur yoğrulur, köfte top top dökülür. kaynar suda haşlanır.Köfteler pişmeye yakın ıspanak eklenerek pişirilir.
suyu süzülüp soğuduktan sonra sarmısaklı yoğurda katılır.isteyen üstüne salçalı,naneli,biberli sos yapar.
pirpirimli yapmak isteyende pirpirimi ayrı haşlayıp sonra pişen küfteye ekler.
