Paşa köftesi
Köfteler

Malzemeler
• ½ kg. kıyma
• 1 kahve fincanı pirinç
• 2 fincan su
• 1 yumurta
• Kızartma için yağ
• Tuz, kimyon, karabiber

Tarif

Pirinç 2 fincan suyla kaynatılıyor. Suyunu çektikten sonra pirinci ve eti birbirine katıp içine 1 yuymurta, kimyon, tuz, karabiber katıp karıştırıyoruz. Köfte şekli vererek, una bulayıp yağda kızartıyoruz. Isteğe göre ½ çorba kaşığı salça sulandırıp köftelerin üstüne serpiştirip hep beraber hafif ateşte biraz daha pişiriliyor ve servise hazır hale getiriliyor.
