• 3 adet havuç
• 3 su bardağı pirinç
• 2 su bardağı bezelye (dondurulmuş)
• 100 gr.tereyağı
• 4/5 su bardağı tavuk suyu
• 1 demet dereotu
• Tuz

Tarif

Havuçları ayıklayıp küp şeklinde doğrayın. Pirinçleri ayıklayıp yıkayın. Tereyağında havuçlar yumuşayana kadar kavurun. Pirinçleri ekleyip kavurmaya devam edin. Pirinçler kaşıktan ayrılma kıvamına gelince bezelyeleri ekleyin. Tavuk suyunu katın.

Tuz ve bir tutam toz şekerle tatlandırıp kısık ateşte suyunu çekene kadar pişirin. Pilavın üzerine kağıt havlu serip kapağını kapatın ve 20 dakika suyunu çekmesini bekleyin.. Dereotunu yıkayın ve ince ince kıyın. Pilava karıştırıp servise sunun.
