• 25 gr dövülmüş fındık
• 25 gr dövülmüş antep fıstığı
• 50 gr ekmek içi
• 4 yemek kaşığı sızma zeytinyağı
• 1 yemek kaşığı acısız biber salçası
• 2 çay kaşığı toz kimyon
• 2 çay kaşığı şeker
• 3 yemek kaşığı yoğurt
• 2 yemek kaşığı nar pekmezi veya limon suyu
• 1 diş ezilmiş sarımsak

Tarif

Yoğurt hariç tüm malzemeleri blendıra koyun. Karışım yumuşak fakat kaşığa gelecek şekilde olmalıdır.

Servis yapılacağı zaman yoğurdu ilave edin. Eğer saklayacaksanız yoğurt ilave etmeden de saklayabilirsiniz.
