1 tatlı kaşığı funda yaprağı

1 litre kaynar su


1 litre su kaynatılır. Belirtilen malzemeler, kaynar suyun içine atılır. Kesinlikle kaynatmıyoruz, kaynamış suyun içine atıyoruz. Ağzına kapak kapatıp, 5 dakika demliyoruz. Süzgeçle bir bardağa, çay gibi dolduruyoruz. Günde 4-5 bardak içiyoruz. Kesinlikle şeker kullanmıyoruz, tadı hoşunuza gitmezse 1 tatlı kaşığı bal veya tatlandırıcı kullana bilirsiniz. 1 dilim limonla içebilirsiniz,
