- - - SOKAK BAŞI . . .

Nursuz gelmiş bu sokağın başına,
Birde baktım dönmüş yola göz atar!
Bu akşamda,girdim yeni yaşıma,
Sıkılmadan sağa,sola söz atar!

Hiç utanmaz bu sıkıcı halinden,
Yol ağlıyor,yıl ağlıyor,dilinden
Kimler viran oldu bunun elinden
Oturduğu,beze,çula,söz atar!

Izliyorum zavallının halini,
Bilemedim akıllı mı,delimi
Bak sen şuna bir kesmedi dilini
Yanındaki birkaç kula söz atar!

Hiç rahat etmedi yürek yakmadan,
Kor olup ta gönüllere akmadan
Birde dönüp,hiç ardına bakmadan
Inat için geçen yıla söz atar..!
