I

Baygın bir ihtizaz ile bîhûş akar dere
Sahillerinde kızlar uzanmış çemenlere...
Narin dudaklarında mücevher piyaleler...
Açmış kuz-caklarındaki aşüfte laleler...
Mestane nağmelerle bakarlar, pür ihtiras,
Bekler sıcak göğüsleri şehvetli bir temas...

II

Akşam... silindi çehreler artık birer birer,
Etrafa indi gölgeden, asude cümleler...
Rakkaseler uzandı açılmış kucaklara,
Sessiz çekildi, kol kola, çiftler uzaklara.
Leyl oldu, akmıyor, dere sahilde dinliyor...
Baygın, kesik nefesler, uzaklarda inliyor...
