Torunlarım dört yana, kol kol, gitsin;
Malazgird'den Istanbul'a yol gitsin!
Gelip sana çarpan gücü, yavaştan
Anlamazsa, haritadan sil, gitsin!

Şehidlerim, Tanrı'ya, al al, gitsin,
Yaralıma su verene bal gitsin!

Taclarını bir şey sanan gururlar
Tahtlı gelip, taclı gelip kul gitsin!
Fakat, harb bu: kalmak da var, ölmek de;
Esir olup kalmaktansa öl, gitsin!

Şehidlerim uçmağa, al al, gitsin,
Yaralıma su verene bal gitsin!

Çekilirmiş gibi davran merkezde
Iki yandan sağ yürüsün, sol gitsin!
Olsa da son saatin son dakkası,
Senden aman dileyeni sal, gitsin!

Şehidlerim, Allah'a, al al, gitsin,
Yaralıma su verene bal gitsin!

Ve gönlünden kopup, bize bir yaprak,
Bir tomurcuk gönderene gül gitsin.
Düğünlerde tadı gelsin barışın:
Kızlarıma duvak gitsin, tel gitsin!

Şehidlerim Huzura, al al, gitsin,
Yaralıma su verene bal gitsin!
